What is a reverse auction?
In a reverse auction, multiple sellers are bidding for the opportunity to SUPPLY something to the auctioning buyer. The competition among the sellers produces lower prices of the goods and services being auctioned. eDynaQuote does not force the buying company to choose the lowest bidder as the winning bidder. We understand that price is not the only factor when it comes to selecting suppliers and leave control in the hands of the buying organization.

How do I bid in a Publicly Advertised Event?

If your company is not registered on eDynaQuote:
  • Please visit our seller registration page and follow the instructions listed there to register.
  • After eDynaQuote approves your company, you will be able to log-in to the system.
  • On the home page, under 'Event Tools,' click the 'View Advertised Events' link.
  • Click the 'Request an Invite' link for the Event that you wish to participate in and follow the instructions.
  • After a representative from the buying organization specifically invites your company to the Event, you will be able to place bids.
If your company is already registered on eDynaQuote:
  • Log-in to eDynaQuote.
  • On the home page, under 'Event Tools,' click the 'View Advertised Events' link.
  • Click the 'Request an Invite' link for the Event that you wish to participate in and follow the instructions.
  • After a representative from the buying organization specifically invites your company to the Event, you will be able to place bids.
